As I photograph Leh, she slowly moves around her garden with her green watering can, listening to the needs of each plant before carrying on. Seeing her body relax spending time surrounded by growing things, I can see how time spent in her garden is good for Leh's mental health.

In a spontaneous moment, Elizabeth grabs Jakob's hand and pulls him down a path. The hand is familiar, but the path is not. Elizabeth and Jakob have been together for years now, but it's their very first visit to Montréal together.
